Some people, when facing a terrible situation, let's say, doing a small mistake such wrongly write someone name when it deals with important document, they may feel so much uncomfortable to that.

Not a few probably will take another escape to wash their hands and blame other people straightaway.

Let's take a look to this matter. Flashback to the ages when we were still a little kid. For instance, me. When i was young. I used to defend my self when doing a small mistakes or even error. I used to say "No, i didn't do it", or "It's not me", or "Maybe it's hers, or him", and so on.

It is actually a normal response. As human, we are granted by God having 3 kinds of instinct. One of them is instinct of Self defense (gharizatul al-baqa) such as anger, happyness, sadness etc.

This kind of instinct stimulates us automatically to produce action to defend our self from any outside threats.

Besides, we are also given Intelligence, where it works to process any information. By this intelligence, human is given a freedom of choice by God to choose the best way in fulfilling this instinct.

Even so, as Muslim, we are ruled by God's law (Sharia) where we can't just do something without considering whether it is Good and acceptable by God or No.

No matter how terrifying the condition is, doing things that God bless should always be taken into account and come as the first though.

The same thing to be a responsible person. It's sometimes hard to say, "I'm sorry, it's my mistake" or "That's my job, I'm the person who responsible for it, sorry everyone".

Why it is quite hard anyway? That's because everyone of us, of course, doesnt like to be blamed. Where by this blame, sometimes means punishment, physically or mentally (such as complains, refund, etc).

That is why, in this case, being gentle and honest is a big deal. I my self, as a common person, Also learn to this. It's not easy, However, pawning your reputation, or Steadfastly accept the reality.

But, to have this kind of mentality, it takes time, patience, persistence, and a trust to God. Because, life is about passing test. To see how deserve us to get God's blessing. To see us, how much we love God than ourself.

So, now, are u dare to say "I'm Sorry, it's my mistake" ?
Insya Allah you are.
